TRC-0201 FAQ

  • Is a chest x-ray required during week 1 of cycle 1?
  • The rationale for the pre-treatment and follow-up CXR is to document that the patient
    did not have evidence of pulmonary fibrosis prior to starting the study and did
    not immediately develop x-ray findings consistent with a pulmonary process after
    receiving Oxaliplatin.

  • Is a portable chest x-ray acceptable?
  • It is preferable for the films may be obtained in radiology, but a chest x-ray can be
    done portable also.
     

  • Can a patient be entered into the lottery if four weeks after surgery have not
    yet passed?
  • No, patients cannot be registred for the lottery until all eligibility criteria have been met.
