East Coast AIDS and Cancer Specimen Bank (EC ACSB) The EC ACSB, part of the ACSR, collects, preserves, and maintains a comprehensive, confidential, state-of-the-art bank of malignant and other specimens and clinical data from HIV-infected individuals for national research.
